Abstract Ceramic industry manufacturing requires a great amount of thermal energy. Its sustainability and environmental impact demand an effort to develop more efficient technologies reduce the consumption fuel, mainly natural gas. In particular, sanitary-ware production sector presents defined special map through process because heat amounts levels temperature. The aim this research is quantify potential reduction fuel within standard factory articles. scope it covers main gas consumers, namely, kilns, dryers, heating units, or boilers. method based in simulation by modeling thermophysics then plotting recovery from one another order save input. shows how requirement would be cut almost half consumption. It consequently concluded that efficiency, impact, industrial improved, so as global economy related with growth industry, developing countries. Energy management accounting extension provided. proposed produces reductions resources economic improvements.
